JERRY MOLEFE

He is registered as a Master HR Professional with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) and a Reward Specialist with the South African Reward Association. He is also a registered Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) with the Education Training and Development Practices (ETDP) Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA).
Jerry has held senior and executive roles in industries such as professional services, financial services, retail, manufacturing, mining, and passenger transport in local and multinational organizations. He has extensive expert knowledge in all areas of human capital and his passion is on human capital strategy, leadership development, organisational development, as well as organizational culture and change Management.
He has served at Board levels and Board Subcommittees of several companies including Remuneration Committee and Ethics and Compliance subcommittees.
He is a well-known public speaker in the human capital space, and he has written several articles in leading HR and Leadership publications. He is one of the mentors at the SABPP, the National Mentorship Movement (NMM), and SAYes. He is a registered member of the Institute of People Management (IPM).
Jerry has founded Success HR Solutions in January 2019 and holds the position of Director and Senior Consultant.

AMOS JESSICA MTHEMBU

Amos’ career began in 1992 in the mining industry as a plant attendant, where he progressed through roles such as boiler operator, process controller, and shift foreman. Later, He transitioned into Human Resources, where he has since built a successful career.
He brings extensive experience in leading the HR agenda in alignment with business strategy, providing strategic guidance to the organization, and overseeing a business partnering model. Amos is skilled at embedding world-class HR methodologies and ensuring HR processes are deeply integrated into the business’s operational framework.
As a registered Chartered HR Professional with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP), Amos offers expertise in labour dispute resolutions, employee relations and training and development. He has been a trusted advisor to the senior leadership and executive teams he worked to drive impactful business outcomes.
Amos is known for his commitment to excellence, strategic thinking, and collaborative approach. His deep understanding of core HR disciplines and ability to apply them effectively within complex business environments have contributed to functional integration and organizational success.
His commitment and involvement extend beyond the work environment and he currently the chairperson of the SABPP Tshwane Region.

JOHN MOTSISI
Human Resources Generalist
John Motsisi holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of South Africa (UNISA). He also has a Diploma in teaching and has spent early years of his career in teaching. He continued his studies with UNISA where he studied industrial psychology and labour relations.
John Motsisi is a highly experienced human resources generalist with a strong industrial relations background especially dispute resolution. He has well over 40 years’ experience in the human resources field.
John has been instrumental in the resolution and settlement of disputes in several highly unions companies. He is an astute negotiator and has strategies and technical skills in dealing with industrial relations matters.
